Terms and Conditions of Purchase

1. Minimum Purchase: (1 block = 20x20 pixels). Feel free to buy as many blocks as you like.

3. Images must be in GIF, PNG or JPEG format AND not animated.

5. Before confirming your purchase, you will be given the opportunity to preview your order so that you can see what it will look like. You can fine tune your order as many times as you like before your order is confirmed --- confirmation is done by pressing the Buy Now button. You are not allowed to change your order after you have confirmed it.
6. After successful PayPal checkout, your spot will be reserved and you will see on your chosen spot. We will then verify your link, description and images.
7. No refunds are given once your Featured Block is accepted and put on the main page. The price that you pay at the time you buy your Featured Block is final and cannot be refunded.
8. No obscene/offensive/adult/illegal images/links/descriptions will be accepted. We decide what is appropriate for our site. If your submission is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative. If you cannot provide an alternative within 1 month, your money will not be refunded and you will lose your membership.
9. If your Featured Block is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene/adult/illegal material then your Featured Block will be removed, the space will become publicly available again, and you will not get a refund.
10. You can request your Featured Block to be canceled at any time but the space will become publicly available again and you will not receive a refund.
11. If you choose to not renew your Featured Block upon expiration, your space will become publicly available again.
12. Although we will not change or remove your Featured Block under normal circumstances, we reserve the right to do so under exceptional circumstances such as a court order, lawsuit or public outcry. When a removal happens, the space will be publicly available and you will not receive a refund.
13. You must have the legal right to use the image you provide for your Featured Block.
14. There might be occasional downtime for site maintenance but we promise to keep the downtime of the website to a minimum.
15. We promise not to sell or misuse any information that you have given to us.
16. When you purchase a Featured Block, you do not own own any part of this homepage or this site, but rather you are granted the right to submit an image and link which will then be published on the main page in the respective space you have paid for.
